The Planning Experience

At The Falls at Blue Ridge ,we are an all-inclusive venue that offers full planning services to help

making your planning experience for your wedding as stress-free as possible. Steps to booking with us are explained below:

Submit a planning form and one of our experienced planning team specialists will be in touch to schedule a discovery call to start the planning process. We will assist by answering your questions regarding our venue, booking an in-person tour or virtual discovery call, sending you date availability, menus, and our packages.

Once you have toured or had your virtual discovery call our planning team specialist will be in touch to schedule a planning call to review venue fees, finalize a date, menu selections or food and beverage minimums for your guest count and create a customized quote for your special day.

Once your quote is finalized and approved our planning team specialist will work on preparing your contract, assisting you with your deposit and payment schedule. We will then schedule a planning call with our in-house planner to finalize the details from florals to entertainment.
