At The Falls at Blue Ridge, we understand that every wedding is as unique as the couple looking to celebrate their love, therefore, we have structured our planning process to guide you through "build your own package" complementing your vision for your special day.
Our structure begins with your venue fee (base rate) for staffing and rental, from here you will build your vision by adding your food and beverage selections including any additional amenities or accommodations that fit your needs. You will be able to create a unique experience for your guests and be in full control of selections and budget.
Our "Planning Team Specialists" are industry experts who live and breathe weddings. They are your dedicated partners throughout every step in the booking process. They will help you plan your dream wedding and help you decide your requested customizations and extras. You can book with confidence knowing that they are always on your side!
Our venue fee includes ceremony and reception, a backup for inclement weather, set up and tear down of your floor plan, one-hour rehearsal, in-house table, chairs, linens, dinnerware/china, glassware, silverware, linen napkins, complimentary cake cutting services, shuttle transport services for guests from parking area to venue and back or valet (based on guest count), Polaris Ranger and full access to the entire property for photos, a day of coordinator, event manager, Chef and service team.
